OUR TEAM
Manu Sai Bakshi is the CEO and Founder of Preeminence Advisors Inc., an advisory firm specializing in strategic consulting for hedge funds. With over a decade of experience at WorldQuant, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund, Manu played a pivotal role in talent acquisition and the development of top-tier investment professionals. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Aberdeen University in Scotland and is known for his expertise in building high-performing teams within the financial sector. Manu resides in Manhattan and enjoys reading, travel, and tennis.
Anna Sadlek, a Partner at Preeminence Advisors Inc., has built a successful career in financial services with extensive experience in business development, prime brokerage, and leveraged finance. Most recently, she was part of the Business Development team at Millennium, where she focused on strategic hires, playing an instrumental role in identifying and onboarding top talent. Before joining Millennium, Anna served as a Managing Director at Bank of America’s Prime Brokerage Sales, leading key client initiatives and fostering long-term partnerships. Earlier in her career, she held key roles at Barclays and Citigroup in Leveraged Loan Finance and Prime Brokerage. Anna holds both a BS and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband, daughter, and their two dogs.
